RecommendedSo Friday I finally broke done and purchased a brand new car. I would like to brag on Centric Federal Credit Union they not only gave me a great finance rate (lower than anyone else by far, including the dealership), but they were easy and great to deal with. Jennifer George was my loan officer and she was not only easy to deal with, but made it a fun visit. I don't typically do this, but I was so pleased with how they handled things, I felt like I owed it to them.

On Christmas Eve, I stopped at the atm by the mall to deposit my tips for the night. Unknown to me, the machine had been getting bills stuck. So the money I deposited, around 200, was stuck in the atm. So I called them and filed a report. Since then, I have been getting the run around about the issue. It’s sad that I worked hard for my money and because of a technical difficult, my account is short. It’s also sad that this issue hasn’t been fixed yet. Really considering switching if this issue isn’t fixed soon.
Trying to login to Mobile Banking online and through the mobile app with no luck. Keep getting same error message with multiple attempts. System will not give me option to reset my password. When i called customer service it tells me all agents are busy, been holding for over 15 mins now with no answer. Prompt on their phone service says press 3 to check your balance but it doesn't transfer you anywhere. Maybe it's a sign to look into another option for credit union services.
