so unhelpful. my mother in law retains an account with you. I called before hand on a money order I purchased. and told them exactly what was going on that I needed it deposited in my mother in law's account and was told it was okay. I made a mistake and wrote it to the wrong company. was needing my mother in law to deposit it. I gave the customer rep all the info explained and was told yes. now my mother in law has endorsed it. Due to centrics people misinforming customers. She is the only person that can cash it.
