If anyone has seen the Centric Federal Credit Union commercial about helping people....well it’s definitely true. Shoutout to the Ruston Branch for their kindness and courtesy services provided to me....so if you ever in the area stop by and see Dakne Saucer and Thomas Haynes for your banking needs.
For starters , the tellers are EXTREMELY rude. They say they want to help u live better, but that's a lie. I'm currently in bed sick right now. I asked if my wife could come and make a withdrawal with my license and it was denied, even though I have done it many times before in the past. I've always had issues with this bank. The only reason I keep them is because I don't feel like dealing with the VA to change my direct deposit. Don't have any objections either cause they will just hang up in your face.
I love Centric. I have been a member for 20 years and have never had any problems. Everyone at the Thomas Road location is great. They are always quick to help you with any needs and are very helpful with my financial questions and needs. I will never change to a bank and will never go to another credit union.
