RecommendedI've banked with Centric for several years now and can't recommend them enough. Their customer service is outstanding and I've never with them encountered any of the issues I've consistently encountered with other banking institutions.
Worst customer service I have ever received (Arkansas Rd). My husband is in medical school in another state and receives a check for grants and scholarships. I tried depositing it into his account and was treated as if I was committing a felony. The teller acted like because of the “amount and it being from another state” I was lying. On top of the eye rolling and huffing and puffing I was given. My husband called corporate (who I will say was great to him) and he let us know she flagged it. I absolutely love Centric they are always there for you when you need them. Here you aren't just a number people here really do care and are always happy to help whenever they can. If you aren't with them you really should be. I came to them from Regions and so glad I made the switch!

Fix the drive-thru procedures and apply adequate staff. When the lobby is closed, the drive-thru delays are horrible! (Thomas Rd)
Centric Federal Credit Union is the absolute BEST! Jennifer George is the best loan officer EVER, & has helped me get financed when I couldn’t even finance a cheeseburger. DeeDee Warren is one of the very best too. She is always so sweet & very professional at what she does. They are always willing to help even when things seem impossible. Thank you Centric!! I refuse to go anywhere else! Love my Centric!
