This clinic is incredibly unprofessional. I was told to be here for 930 today, I showed up at 9 and was told to leave and come back so I did. Rather odd I was told to wear a mask but the very rude secretary did not have to, Upon returning the nurse I was waiting to see did not show up until 9:50 a half hour after my appointment and spent 15 minutes gossiping and discussing her supper tonight with coworkers and when asked to speak with the doctor at 10am a half hour my appointment Dr. Doucette still was not even in the buildi... read more

Dr. Gilles is patient and empathetic. He listens to my concerns and addresses them without haste. He's helped me in more ways than one. He's advocated for me as well. Any pain I go in with, is gone when I leave.
Just another doctor to dismiss my chronic pain, and suggested I do Thai chi. The lady at the desk and the nurse were very sweet and polite.
