Good experience with doctor’s caring and advice. The waiting room can be crowded and crazy. Wait time to get pets prescription filled can take a while.
Amazing staff. They were compassionate and caring and told us the cost of every thing that was needed before we did the next procedure for our dog.
About a year ago I came in with my brand new puppy that had Parvo from crappy breeders. He was in a very very bad state already within the first 24hrs I had him. They were able to quickly identify it was Parvo and got him treated and saved this sweet baby boy. Just wanted to send in some pictures to show hes doing well!
Called NorthEast central and was told dog needed to be seen right away. Was sent to Downtown and told I would have to pay for ugent care. understood and agreed. then sat for almost 2 hours until finally gave up and went to ask why if i was urgent care shouldnt someone be more urgent at checking my animal. Vet was nice and helpful but overall bad experience for an urgent care.
