Don’t buy any plans because they said care when pet sick we are cover in the plan but they are liar when they sale the plan they are talk only the good information and after that they don’t care about that pet

I went there knowing my cat had a infection after fighting with another cats ,cost $101 to get a antibiotic and my cat is doing much better ,very happy

I brought my two dogs in for a physical prior to getting a three months Bravecto. My appointment time was 5:15 and it took 2 hrs before I went home. It only took 15 minutes to get into a room. Took 10-15 minutes to come check the dogs. It took another 15 minutes for a second Dr. to speak to me. He did not understand what I was saying so another Dr. came in. I called about a pet cremation and then when I got there, they said they only cremate dogs and cats. I made it very clear on the phone it was for a hamster and they even quoted me $145 for no ashes and $250 for ashes. So ridiculous.
