Staff is always friendly and caring to our dogs. I also appreciate that they offer a veterans discount.
Please never take your pet here, I was forced to go here for an emergency and they kept my sick husky in a kennel with a muzzle over his mouth overnight. He also developed a infection on his groin because he was kept sitting in his own feces for 2 days. I was forced to pay a thousand dollars, just to heal his new infection that he developed from that place. I spent over $3000! I am taking them to small claims.Court and reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.
I brought my dog Buddy, in for his re-check appointment last week Thursday because his stool was still wet and the medication hadn't resolved the issue. The Doctor eventually came in and advised, to my surprise, that we may need to take a stool sample. I then asked him if he was familiar with my dogs history, and he said he's here for diarrhea right, I said yes but I already paid $600 to test his stool and you prescribed Metronidazole for 5 days and he still has diarrhea so I'm back here again.
