My sweet Milo had surgery here today. From the moment we walked in, I knew we were in the right place. The support staff were friendly and compassionate. Dr. Zacher carefully explained the procedure to me and put me at ease. Dr. Zacher is passionate about her work and gives her patients the full benefit of her training and love.
I have had to have 2 cats put down! one was an injured feral kitten. They didn't charge me! There are kind and helpful!!
Took our baby in for a specialty diagnosis. Emergency doctor and staff were very nice. Daytime desk person was rude and acted like I was interrupting her. Won’t call her out by name but hope she is better with the animals. Keep in mind that the humans need a little bit of compassion too. We suffer when our pets are suffering and your attitude was appalling. Recommend their service but wish experience with non medical staff had been better.
They are the best of the best and see the worst of the worst. Thank you for taking such good care of our Cricket.
CTVSH, has been instrumental with the care of all our pets during their urgent needs. Most recent, with the ongoing care of our Maddie. Dr Thiessen, Sarah, staff, & especially Dr Bevan. Dr Bevan went above & beyond by endlessly helping us as Maddie fights TCC. His love/compassion for Maddie & his care/understanding towards my husband & I are priceless!!
I want to thank every one that helped Toby out today and an extra thank you to Dr. Laura Vasquez for all her help. I really appreciate the time she took today explaining what was found on the MRI scans and showed us in depth all that was going on with Toby!!! All the doctors at CTVSEH that Toby has seen, not only today but before today for other problems like Dr. Theisen, and Dr. Khorzad, and Dr. Akridge have always been awesome and so informative. I love this place! The staff is so wonderful and Dr Locke has taken such great care of my pup, who has had a couple of health scares over the past year.
They are very Professional and they really Love ❤️ their patients!
