Took care of my cat Pooka while recovering from surgery. Very nice, thorough, and honest care. Great staff. Be patient because they are frequently very busy saving furbabies.

Thank you for your kindness & for the compassionate care you showed to our Australian Shepherd Hank. While the wait was long, it was okay because we knew you were caring for pets that were more extreme cases & we knew Hank was in good hands. 🐶💗🐾

Business response:

Janet, Thank you so much for sharing your experience and for understanding the wait. We work as quickly as possible to make each clients experience the best we can. We wish Hank a speedy recovery and have a safe weekend.

We brought our dog in for emergency care at 1:20 am, the tech came out quickly. I was told no one was ahead of us that my dog would be seen shortly (possibly after rounds). I called for an update at 2 am and was told that the vet had not seen my dog yet that she had be anxious and they needed to calm her down before the vet saw her. I asked to have my dog back since they were not giving her care I wanted to take her somewhere else. I waited a few minutes, they did not bring her out so I had to call again and was told that th... read more

Update!!! Horrible experience. They make you wait 5 hours until 2:30 am you have to call them for updates. They don’t give you any information then blame it on you acting like you rushed them. It is not the customers fault you only had 1 vet on duty. Charging $625 for no information about what is going on is horrible. Had to take my dog to a vet this morning to find out he is in horrible shape with pancreatitis and may not make it. How could they not see he was in pain. A manager saying thank you for the feedback does nothin... read more

Our dog Aspen hurt his leg jumping off the couch late Labor Day night. We rushed him here and they were able to address his issue, split his leg, and recommended a course of action. It did take 10 additional days to see an orthopedic veterinarian which we were worried about because we wanted him healed ASAP. I looked around at other emergency centers and all were backed up so we waited. However, his orthopedic specialist appointment went well and I felt like the doctor took the time to answer our questions and address our co... read more

Business response:

Christina, We are so happy we could be there to help and have recently added 2 more surgeons in hopes to shorten that wait time to see an orthopedic surgeon. We appreciate your recommending us and we are always here if you need us! Have a safe and happy weekend!

Brought my 14 year old Shih Tzu in for a bloody nose and congestion. They did blood work and sent him home saying it was allergies. I checked his blood work results and saw his WBC was elevated, his NEU were elevated and PCT were elevated. All of which indicate an INFECTION. I called to speak to the vet wanting to know why he wasn’t prescribed antibiotics and Dr.Ruyck told me she doesn’t think infection when those levels are elevated. WHAT?! She didn’t see the need and at his age it could be periodontal disease. However she ... read more

It’s always such a hard experience to rush your fur baby to get medical treatment. Even with all the changes due to Covid, they were very nice and supportive(at a distance) and when the vet talked to me over the phone, she was very informative as well as sympathetic. Very good experience, even under the circumstances.

Business response:

Heather, Thank you so much for the support. We miss the interactions with our clients and appreciate you understanding our current protocols. We are always here to help if you need us!
