DC homeowners: Do NOT choose Central Properties for property management. Property management is their lowest priority. I was a tenant who was displaced for 6 weeks because of flooding from the DC sewer system. Central Properties does not have an emergency hotline. If your home floods or burns down in the middle of the night, don't expect to hear from them until normal business hours. For us, they were quick to get a demolition team in, but then the unit sat unmanaged and in ruin for over a month. They blamed contractors for ... read more
