Erie is very fortunate to have such a great organization here. First time coming here, all the staff were more than kind and polite. The front desk ladies, the nurses, everyone was so positive and seemed like a very welcoming environment and a good workplace culture. Thx for the kindness. Also can’t beat the free coffee and the samples in the waiting area! Always much appreciated! Continue doing the great work, your services are much appreciated and needed in Erie! An asset to say the least.

This is the best doctor's office in Erie
Seems ok if you're definitely sure you want hrt and are only part of the binary. The front staff sort of made an effort because they misgendered me then just switched to the other binary pronouns... "She--oh I mean he" I'm non-binary and use they/them... they never asked. When I finally got to see someone after waiting for an actual hour, I explained that my therapist had suggested they'd have resources to help me determine what I actually wish to do with my body...
