My experience was very disappointing. From the beginning, the property was poorly maintained. I reported several problems, but they were either ignored or never properly resolved. The most frustrating part was that after I moved out, my account was sent to collections without a clear explanation or proper documentation. My experience with Central on the Green has been very negative. I was reported to collections for an alleged debt that I do not recognize and believe is incorrect. I should never have been reported for this amount, and so far, I have not received a satisfactory explanation or documentation to justify this collection. My experience was awesome from the initial interview. Better than I could have imagined. Everyone I have had the opportunity to meet with are very professional and welcoming. Always open to answering questions and resolving them. Loving my new Home. Thank you .
