I am not someone who usually writes reviews, but I felt I needed to share my experience to warn others about this manager. I found this apartment on Zillow and went to the office for a tour. Latoya Cherry office manger showed us the unit and encouraged us to apply quickly. The same day, we paid the application fee and submitted everything. She told us we would be able to move in, so I gave notice to my previous apartment that we would be moving out on February 7th. DONT MOVE HERE LIGHT BILLS ARE INSANE AND OFFICE HAS NO REASON WHY. I SHUT THE HEAT & AIR OF AT THE BREAKER BOX AND STILL OVER $200 LIGHT BILL FOR A 1 BEDROOM APT! CALLED CORPORATE THEY ARENT DOING ANYTHING TIME TO GET LAWYERS INVOLVED
