A very bad experience. The maintenance was poor from the very beginning; I reported several issues, and they never fixed them properly. The worst part is that, after I moved out, they sent my account to collections without any justification or clear evidence. Management never provided any serious answers. I do not recommend this place. They are unprofessional and engage in unfair practices.
I am not someone who usually writes reviews, but I felt I needed to share my experience to warn others about this manager. I found this apartment on Zillow and went to the office for a tour. Latoya Cherry office manger showed us the unit and encouraged us to apply quickly. The same day, we paid the application fee and submitted everything. She told us we would be able to move in, so I gave notice to my previous apartment that we would be moving out on February 7th.
