I came to Dr. Kelley's practice seeking personalized care and help in integrating management of several systemic concerns. Stephanie Nichols has exceeded my expectations. The office is very responsive - and it's really unusual, but most helpful,to get a live response to phone calls most of the time.

I have been with my Doctor since 1984 (30 plus years ) and COPC has been “top notch”. I will stick with them for the duration. They are a great bunch of caring people.
I go to COPC Westerville, my primary Dr. is Dr. Wurmbrand, she is attentive, kind, thorough and caring. I have seen other Drs. there also on occasion that I also liked. The nurses and office staff are very friendly and helpful. I can always get an appointment when sick. The wait time is very reasonable, only a couple times longer than 15 minutes. I think that is s pretty good record. Sometimes things can't be avoided. I am very pleased. 🤩
My kids see Dr. Orr at Building blocks pediatrics and I see Dr. Abad in Westerville. They are both awesome doctors and well worth the 45 minute drive
Only getting one star because I can't give 0. Just walked out of the Reynoldsburg location because I waited 1.5 hours and still hadn't seen my doctor. I've never waited less than an hour to see the Doc even though I'm usually early. I'm switching practices ASAP
