I had a CT scan at the Africa road location scheduled at 530pm. My daughter's day care closes at 6 so I wasn't sure if I could finish the scan and pick her up on time. I didn't know what a ct scan was or the process so I brought my 4 year old along with me. The staff was very accommodating. They had a tech sit with my daughter while I got the scan. I was very grateful for their kindness with the situation and appreciate them going above and beyond.
Great service and so efficient. I got an appointment the next morning when I called and got seen, sent to imaging, and walked out the door in 45 minutes!

Went to the Westerville Same Day Care Center. Didn't know I needed an appointment. They squeezed me in a full schedule. They couldn't have been more nice and professional. Thank you.
Waited 50 minutes for an injection, only to learn from the doctor that there "was a miscommunication" between him and staff and they had forgotten to order the substance for my injection. Mind you, I had to wait 4 weeks for the appointment...😞
The new facility is beautiful, easy to get to, easy to park, and has a great atmosphere. I went to the after hours clinic and all of the staff was incredibly kind, fast, and efficient.
