The level of care has greatly declined at the Worthington location. Monday I was coughing up blood. My doctors office was closed so I went to OSU wall up clinic in Worthington. I was sent for X-rays and they came back clear. I wanted to go see a pulmonologist. To see the pulmonologist, I needed an “ urgent” referral. They told me to contact my primary care doctor. It was now Friday and my primary doctor has Fridays off. The office said they could not give me a referral because no one had seen me at this office. Still haven’t... read more
Dr. Prabhu really listens and is very thorough. She has a wide breadth of knowledge, combined with empathy for her patients which makes a big difference.
I have been a patient for many years & I am very happy with the crew at COPC Westerville. They are fabulous!
