Dr Angela Caffaratti does not care about her patients. She writes perceptions and when she fails to give them to you, she just deletes them from your medical record. If that is the standard of COPC I wouldn't recommend. i guess that's why Mount Carmel got rid of her.
RecommendedI had a cardiologist visit today. I was 15 minutes early and they got me right in. My appointment was fast but thorough. Very pleasant. Thank you! Every location has been fantastic so far.
I initially went to COPC due to network needs. I was in wholesale/retail for my whole working career and so I know about customer service. This place rocks. Everyone is so friendly and nice. The patient portal is great for those in between type questions on treatment. I highly reccommend this practice and facility.
I was recently cared for by Dr Fant, COPC. Dr. Fant has been my primary care physician for over a year and I would like to take this opportunity to praise her professionalism, care, and post-visit follow-up. Additionally, I see this type of patient care permeating COPC. During a recent hospitalization, COPC staff stayed on top of my hospitalization making sure that my medical records were kept current with Dr. Fant and my cardiologist. I have been a patient at COPC Family Medicine North for 32 years. This year instead of having lab work done at COPC my insurance coverage maximums provide having the lab work done at Lab Corp. My doctor failed to provide the correct codes resulting in a bill 6 times higher than what is listed and continues to ignore my insurance company calls for corrected codes. Been going here since it was westerville family for about 15 plus years was always treated with respect and good care we had really good insurance. We used to have uhc from the city when my ex was still alive came on hard times and ins is not good well you can definitely tell the difference in how they treat patients so to me we will be looking for another pcp. I have called my dr's office, another dr's office, and the corporate office 4 times today and left 3 voicemails. Why is it so hard just to see a different provider or even speak to a person who can help me!?
I was 10 minutes late for an appointment due construction on Cleveland Ave. They refused to see even after telling them I was at ER Saturday. I've been going here for over 20 years. I'm so finished with Dr. Anne Callands office.
They really have their act together. Never met a sour face. Great doctors.
