Rude staff. Would not recommend this company to anyone. No one is friendly. Plenty of more auto groups in town to do business with.
Super unprofessional staff. Had to call 6 times to finally get an answer. The last time I had to get an oil change in January, I could never get through so I ended up having to go to Carlock in Blytheville which is what I should’ve did this time also.
I will never again trade at Central Nissan!!!! They sell lemons and don’t care.!!!
If you are a woman shop somewhere else, unless you like to be treated as if you are stupid and they ALL know more! Had to wait 5 hours for my vehicle to be serviced even though I had an appointment and told them what I needed to be fixed.
