Could NOT get the service department to call me back. Every time I would call/text to get my oil changed they say “I will get someone to call you” and then they never call back. After talking to some people sounds like I was better off going elsewhere anyways.

I’m convinced Alan could sell a ketchup popsicle to someone wearing white gloves. He goes above and beyond for his customers, treats people with honesty and respect, and somehow makes buying a car feel less like a trip to the dentist and more like finding an extra chicken nugget in your order. If I were shopping for a vehicle, Alan would be my first stop.
