Buy a car from somewhere with a real service department. After 5 hours they just came to tell me I need new brake rotors. When I made the appointment it was for.... drum roll..... new brake rotors!! Wish I’d bought a Chevy. At least I could have been doing something with a free loaner all this time instead of sitting here.
Start answering the service department phone would be an excellent start!! Was told all new people took over and things were improving. I seen no improvement at all! Zero!
They are always overbooked and good luck getting them to honor a service contract. Getting the most basic services done to your vehicle is a hassle compared to most places. They don't communicate well with thier associate business's. (central Chevrolet an central collisions) either.

I had the oil changed and a tire rotation recently for my 2018 Nissan Rogue Sport. I Love that when I pull into the dealership my salesman, Jody, always comes out to greet me to see if I need any help and asks how I am liking my vehicle. He still remembers my name. My husband and I have bought several vehicles from Central Nissan. This last time Don James assisted us along with Neal Carpenter the sales manager. They were very friendly and helpful. I like to buy locally. It is such a pleasant experience compared to Memphis where they wear you out! If you are wanting a new ride definitely look up Don James you won’t regret it.
I had to have a repair today but did not have an appointment. This is the first time in 4 years that I have received good service. That being said, I must explain the 2 star rating. As I waited for the service writer to return to the desk, I saw a sign that stated, "give a 5 star review and receive $5.00 discount today." This is an insult to my intelligence.
