3 years ago when I got my first car at central they would have gotten 5 stars from me, I recently traded in that car for a 2017 Tucson, push button start, I was told by 2 different salesmen that it was blue link capable. Come to find out when I call Blue Link to get it all set up that my car isn’t compatible. However, Central Auto group has reached out promptly in a professional manner, and cleared up some things that were miscommunicated. They made things right, and fixed things. Bought my first new car here and had the best experience with this dealership! I told them what I was looking for in a vehicle and found one in my exact price range that I love so much! I ended up with a vw Jetta se! Love all my features on it and the car itself! Brian is such a nice salesman and really knows a lot about the cars he is selling! Will definitely buy my next car here!
