Do not under any circumstances go to Carlos here, he doesn’t know what he is doing or how to deal with people apparently. My sisters brand new car that she has had for a month now, come to find out was never registered! Yes that’s right this dealership allowed someone to drive a unregistered car off their lot and didn’t say anything to her until a month later!!! How does that happen?? When asked he said he just found out!! How is that even possible?? Not worth the hassle at all.
We bought a Genesis from them in April 2018. Filled out paperwork to cancel GAP and Extended warranty April 13,2018. Called Zurich(underwriter) in July to check on cancellation. They said NOTHING had been filed. Called Tyler, and he was SO apologetic...Promised us he would take care of it, it would be backdated to 4-13, and we would receive a refund of all money and would see a drop in our payment. Don’t ever buy a car from Central auto group ... there service sucks and they tell you one price then change it and say oops all well you have to pay this price now. If I could give my car back I would just to not deal with these people 😡
SOOOO worth the trip!!! We drove 9 hours (4.5 each way from PA) to purchase a Certified Jetta TDI. I had been searching for this car for months and was very excited to find it at Central VW and a GREAT price. Hector was awesome to work with and had everything ready for us when we arrived. I would absolutely recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a certified VW!
