If I could give no stars I would. I went to central auto group to buy out my wife's leased jetta. The lease is up and I have been there 3 times and still just get the run around. They made me an appointment with service to get the 1 hour safety check that had to be done before we could do any paperwork on my third trip there an hour and a half after my appointment my car still wasn't seen at all.
