Jim Coughlin has been my service advisor for a year now. A true professional. He is extremely knowledgeable, sensitive to your needs, friendly and has helped me out repeatedly, never taking advantage. He is a tremendous credit to the dealer and I wish there were more people like him at other dealers I have been to. I was deceived by providing wrong information while I bought my Honda Odyssey from them. I was buying used car first time. The sales person told me that new Honda Odyssey LX comes above 50k and he sold me used one for 26600. When I later checked the same car value, CarMax was giving me just 22k on next day.others were just giving me max. 19k.
