Co-operative staff who know what they are talking . Friendly atmosphere and excellent customer care
This is my favorite Toyota dealer. The thing I’m very happy with is their service department. The service manager Jim McQuade is such a very approachable and nice person to deal with. He always makes great suggestions and makes sure everything is done right. I could go to closer Toyota dealers but their service doesn’t come close to Basils with Jim taking care of customers.
