After I waited 2 hours & they told me my car was ready to go we realized that they didn't fix the problem with my tailgate door. I had to wait another hour and then was told that I had to leave my car and come back the next day to get it! They gave me a loaner car & I was told that I had to pay for gas after I wasted 3 hours & had to waste another 2 hours the next day to get my car. Mike Keehner is my go to guy. This is my fourth time getting my car serviced for routine maintenance. He has never disappointed me. Always with a smile, friendly and caring. That's how service should always be, and he shines above the rest. Otherwise, I would not be coming back. My first visit was with Westbury Toyota where I purchased the car and had my first service. Never go back to Westbury Toyota. Sales and service at Westbury Toyota was horrible. I'll be back to Atlantic Toyota and Mike Keehner. He deserves a raise.
My advisor Desirae was fantastic, the transmission flush was done in under 2 hours, not the 4 I was told over the phone when scheduling. I scheduled to also have a Recall taken care of and it wasn't done. I assumed the scheduler wrote it in the notes for my advisor. My scheduled advisor wasn't in when I got there, so I am very glad they assigned Desirae to me. She was friendly, answered all my questions, and got the flush taken care of promptly. True, the recall wasn't done, but that's fine. We'll get it at the next visit.
John helped me purchase my first car. He is personable, helpful, and efficient! I am very happy with my purchase and I recommend John and Wellesley Toyota with no reservations

Nathan gave my wife and I a pleasant,friendly, and stress free car buying experience. He was especially helpful during my wife's test drive where he explained all the features the car had and wouldn't start until my wife comfortably had the seat and steering wheel adjusted just to her liking, with Nathan's assisstance.
