Poor Customer Service I returned to the dealership recently after having a poor experience years ago because they had the vehicle I wanted. I am a female and question that my treatment may have been related to the fact that I did not have a male accompany me. Once a price was agreed upon, I was asked to come in and sign for an agreement that the salesperson was not able to give me the terms of.
