I took my 2015 Lexus GS 350 to Toyota of Murfreesboro to have a diagnostic test run on it because it ran hot. I informed them what was going on with the car and they did a complete diagnostic test on it and told me that I had a blown head gasket in my car, and that they could fix it for over $7000 even though my car was showing no signs of a blown head gasket, and they even told me if I'm not going to get it fixed by them, to take the car home and park it until I get it fixed. so I took my car to Lexus of cool springs to get... read more

Salesperson, Derek, told us they had a Toyota Grand Highlander Nightshade “on the way” and would be delivered the next week. We put a deposit down to “hold” the vehicle that was “in transit.” The next week came and no vehicle was delivered.
