I went to this dealer because I thought they were professionals. I only asked for tire replacement, wheel alignment, and balancing. Of course, they had to do their video inspection and check things I didn’t ask for. They inspected the filters and didn’t put them back properly. The tire balance wasn’t done correctly either, as my car was still vibrating at 65mph. I went back, and they re balanced the tires improperly again. The used car salesman could not convince me in a purchase of a vehicle. The Service department advisor Brian Tulla was great at keeping up to date. There was one manager/advisor that was kinda patronizing. Also Gary, another advisor, was excellent and honest.

Scheduled a routine oil change. The service reception area was very clean, and the service representative, Dores Bounphasaysonh was pleasant and courteous. I asked that a missing valve stem cap on one tire be replaced, and it was. That kind a attention to detail is appreciated.
The entire purchasing experience was great. Patrick was very helpful. The One Price model they use makes everything simple to deal with.

The service department specifically Zahid is amazing and the best service department I’ve ever encountered. And if I could just rate the service department it’d be 5 stars. The sales department is the worst I’ve ever experienced. From a terrible first buying experience to non responsive/don’t care sales reps even after putting down a deposit for a car. Service is amazing here; sales isn’t.
