I dealt with Mr. Albee only. Contacted him randomly when I called CMT to price a RAV4 hybrid plugin. 2021. We made an appointment to visit two days later. Mr. Albee developed rapport easily. He was informative, and answered all questions. He has followed up with a couple of questions, one concerning the new plug in feature. I contacted with Bob by email when I was looking for a used car. He responded back the next day and I scheduled a test drive for Friday morning and by 1130 I was done signing all the paperwork and was driving my new Jeep home.
