When I arrived for my initial appointment with Raul, he was with another customer. He was going back and forth between us, causing lengthy delays. There was a lot of excessive waiting around, which I thought was inconsiderate and unprofessional. Secondly, when I went to pick up the check on Friday 21st November for the equity of my trade, I was presented with a check for $3,850 less than what I was led to believe (and confirmed in writing). Always great service and friendly too. Michelle Wasmer was extremely helpful and the technician explained problems he found.
They did not wash my car after service and they told me straight we do not do it. Even though they should do it per Toyota standard. Failed to top the car fluid as well.
