I was not satisfied with my appointment today. My dental appliance was too tight which I believe caused pain in my right ear. Originally my prior appointment in May my adjustment was at 14 to 18 and when I left I was told it was at max. Did not realized this until today when I was informed max is 24. I did not raise it to 24, this was done in your office. I feel I should not be charged for this appointment since I did not make the mistake.
Explanations were very thorough but not condescending. Staff were extremely courteous and professional. I never felt rushed. Facility is immaculate, comfortable, welcoming, and smartly arranged. Even the parking area is very good.
