Taken immediately. No waiting. Dental assistant was very pleasant. Dr Blumenstock checked everything out and my appliance was ok to go. Made an appt for next December.
Dr. Blumenstock has excellent bedside manner. He is very patient and detailed oriented. The nurses are very kind and professional.
The office is very warm and inviting. Every staff member is friendly and kind, and so is Dr. Blumenstock! They were very thorough in showing me how to use my new dental appliance and I felt confident that they would be there for me if I had any questions or problems. I can't put in who assisted me because I didn't get her name, but she was great. She has a puggle and a mixed puppy.
The staff is very professional and understands the patient needs relating to their particular sleep disorder situation. Dr Blumenstock does all that he can to satisfy and correct the fitting of my dental appliance.

The instructions were detailed and easy to follow. All questions were answered. Adjustments were made to make it more comfortable. Suggestion to put it on an hour before bed really helped.
