The therapists at the Lawreceville, GA location are professional and provide excellent service. My issues and complaints are not with the therapists. The management staff or lack of at this location perform poorly. There is always an issue, they rarely return phone calls or leave a voicemail and activation of service is always an issue. Difficult to set up appt time. They do not call you when they say they will call you, and if they're going to be late, they don't call you. They dont want you to inconvenience them, but they don't mind making appts inconvenience for you.
This office does not commit to their mission statement. They do not communicate with the patients, they miss appointments, they are not dependable. I have met some pretty good nurses but they left the company.
Ms.Monique…omggggg she’s great. She took her actual time out her busy schedule to look for the info that I needed. It was a lot of back and fourth going on but no answers and she gave me the answers I needed. I greatly appreciate you Monique, I really do.
Have engaged this service for nursing care for my dad in assisted living. Dr sent work order to service on 3/2 and service was needed by 3/6 and as of today not provided nor have they contacted myself or Dr. It took a call from Dr and assisted living office to get them to acknowledge the work order was received last week, but still no action. He also gets PT thru them and that is acceptable. Please research companies that care for your family and read reviews not just look at ⭐️
