The therapists at the Lawreceville, GA location are professional and provide excellent service. My issues and complaints are not with the therapists. The management staff or lack of at this location perform poorly. There is always an issue, they rarely return phone calls or leave a voicemail and activation of service is always an issue. Difficult to set up appt time. They do not call you when they say they will call you, and if they're going to be late, they don't call you. They dont want you to inconvenience them, but they don't mind making appts inconvenience for you.
This office does not commit to their mission statement. They do not communicate with the patients, they miss appointments, they are not dependable. I have met some pretty good nurses but they left the company.
