Co-signed for my daughter ! I started receiving all the mail from Hyundai! I called Hyundai I ended up being the buyer and my daughter the co-signer ! Was rushed thru the paperwork everything highlighted sign here , sign here , sign here etc !! Called the owner told him this is shady and bad business !! He disagrees with me ! �
One of the best car buying experiences I've had. Mr. Lewis was very personable and attentive to my car buying needs. Not your typical car salesman who pushes the sale on you. I didn't feel the normal pressure you typically receive. While going over paywork lunchtime came around I was going to excuse myself to grab a bite before I knew it Mr. Lewis had a large Pepperoni on the way. Very kind man. I'll be back at Central with Mr. Lewis when I trade in my car for sure.
My car broke down and the repairs for it would have costed more than it was worth, but I still owed 3600 on it. Went to Central Auto Group and they were able to give me 4000 for trade in for my car and got me into a brand new 2018 Hyundai Elantra GT. My sales guy was Matt and I was his first car sale ever! Everyone there was very helpful and down to earth. Looking forward to going back for my free maintenance for the next couple years!
Most unprofessional group of people. Traded in my car and I’m owed refund on gap insurance. Been getting the runaround for over two months.
I have never had a positive experience when purchasing a car. That changed this weekend at Central Auto Group. My salesman, Amir, was incredibly patient with me and my family. He put on a movie, in a spare office, for my kids and they had pizza brought into the dealership. With my kids occupied, my wife and I took turns test driving 4 different cars (8 test drives for Amir!). At no point was there any pressure to buy.
