Bought a car right before Thanksgiving and had a couple of bumps with the payoff from the previous loan. New general manager Cletus stepped in and got things straightened out and made good on promises. Sounds like Cletus is going to be great for this place. We will be back.

VW service dept of Plainfield has serviced my car since I purchased it 3 years ago. After the last oil change it started leaking oil. Upon return to the service dept they discovered they did not place the oil drain plug back correctly. I decided to bring my business elsewhere. At my first oil change at a new service department they informed me the VW Plainfield service department had the wrong oil filter on my car, which can cause engine damage. Bring your business elsewhere!
