After a paper work mix-up, went back to them asking what should I do. After giving me a phone number on a business card, I was told it up to me to fix it. I returned to get some more info, the finance people said after you sign, they are done with it. Ever hear of "customer service". Apparently not

Hyundai service department is always friendly and efficient. I recently had an estimate and repair work done after hitting a pothole, and Chelsea and the team really worked with me as a loyal customer to add any discounts and coupons available to help bring the price down. She took the time to explain everything, re-crunch the numbers, and even provided a loaner car free of charge since I was having the work done there and paying out of pocket. My husband and I were there the other day . Jared Gilkenson came right out and talked with us. We talked about what what we needed to come out with on a trade and he made it happen.. My husband and I privately commented on how easy it was to deal with the team there and Jared made sure we knew every thing we needed to know about the car before we left. He was a really comfortable salesperson to work with. I highly recommend asking for him for a no pressure no game sale...
