Central Ford went above and beyond I had trouble with my car from day one of getting it brand new. Although I know it happens, it's still very annoying. I had put my car in the shop a couple of times and was ready to give up on it all together. Central Ford contacted me to bring my car in and provided me with a comparable loaner car.
