Central Ford went above and beyond I had trouble with my car from day one of getting it brand new. Although I know it happens, it's still very annoying. I had put my car in the shop a couple of times and was ready to give up on it all together. Central Ford contacted me to bring my car in and provided me with a comparable loaner car. After 4 days, I was contacted and told my car was fixed. There apparently was a major download that my car needed to reset the computer. I have visited Central Ford 3 times now, all for my son's vehicles. The shop is always clean and the staff is always kind and helpful and they make me feel like my business is important. They have always performed the required services quite well and kept me up to date with progress. This last visit left me with a diagnosis of bad timing chain or chains (there are three) in a 4.0L SOHC, and they quoted me prices for both repair of the old engine and replacement.
