I had made an appointment 6 months ago but received no call from the Dr office to let me know I had to update my insurance. You would think if someone was 6!months out they would notice that prior to my appointment I self pay down as form of payment, they would ensure the patient ha d maybe switched insurance or something. I have never had a Dr not call to update my insurance prior to app especially after a 6 month wait. If the system switches. It to self pay, they would just check with patient. The whole office is clean and calm. They check you in quick, the staff and doctor do a very thorough job and I really liked the fact that they listen and I was given an option for a very minimal procedure to improve quality of life without significant medications. Thank you.
Came here because my old ENT retired. Normally have to go in twice a year, for maintenance from multiple ear surgeries. Currently am having a major issue, but I was told I couldn't get in for at least 4 months. Customer care and service is garbage, and apparently I'm going to be looking for a new ENT yet again.
Dr Lingamallu is wonderful! Her office staff is complete chaos!
This place is an absolute disaster and dirt hole. I had second guesses the minute that I walked in this place, first of all they are super short staffed and had to rebook multiple of my appointments. The moment the doctor walked in patient room the first time seeing me told me that she understood I was deaf in one ear, but then proceeded to tell me I was speaking too loud and asked me to quiet down.
