Processing was smooth,timely and professional
After driving an hour they wanted to add 8,000 worth of fees for a 19,000 car... making you pay for what they fixed prior to selling it. Marking up EVERY SINGLE FEE. While we caught it the financial adviser said “you caught me” because he knew they were marked up. PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. Take your business elsewhere. I should have listened to the reviews.
They said they would call me back and never did.
Exchanged email with them and found the car was not the color I was looking for will try again soon.

Didn’t tell me until an hour before appointment they didn’t have the truck.
they suck pulled my credit before I asked if they would approve it they said yes then said I had a repo on my credit I called credit company they said I don't have no repo on my credit then wanted to charge 800 to 900 a month for a truck never answered when I tried to notify them on the next day I would never recommend them to anyone
Would not recommend! Had a salesperson give me an out the door price. Told him to remove unwanted service plan. He did, but then raised the sales price. I called him out on it and he said that was the best he could do that day. I purchased at another dealership.
Overall experience was exceptional. We purchased the car and Antony and Arturo were extremely helpful and kind. However, the demeanor of the Finance Officer could have been a bit more inviting for a Cash sale. Thanks to everyone for making it a pleasurable experience overall.
