I bought my first home and needed someone who was going to look at the house as if they were inspecting it for their own child. James did just that and stressed the major things that needed to be changed before I went through with buying my house. He fit the inspection into my schedule and made sure I had the inspection report ASAP. I HIGHLY recommend any company that treats their customers as if they were their own parents, it makes you feel such a sense of security!

We had James Pence, with CFBI, do our home inspection on 5/25/18. We were so impressed at how thorough and knowledgeable James was and we couldn’t have been more pleased! We ended up purchasing the property & if we ever are in the market to purchase another home, we will be calling CFBI again!
My husband and I had James come out and inspect our home and he did a fantastic job! The report was not only thorough, but it had over 150 pictures to go with the report. James went above and beyond as we live over 90 miles from their location in Orlando. James was very nice and personable when he came to do the inspection. I would recommend CFBI and James to anyone looking to get a home inspection! Great work and keep it up!

My realtor pushed these people on us. He was a really nice guy but.... We bought our house exactly a year ago. He said the water heater was fine...it completely failed and we had to replace it. He said the a/c system was fine. It failed, we are looking at a very large replacement cost. The person who came to fix it said clearly the inspector just wanted to get in and out because it is so obvious that it was going bad. We have a well system...the guy said it looked fine...it failed. JT and James delivered, without a doubt, the most detailed inspection we've ever had! It's great that they bring equipment out like the thermal imaging cameras so you can see what's not visible to the naked eye. I would HIGHLY recommend CFBI and I NEVER write reviews!

TJ and James did an amazing job. They were so thorough and found every little thing that needed to be fixed, leaving no stone unturned. I also appreciated how they had taken pictures of all that needed to be fixed, explained everything at the end, and sent a detailed report. They spent about 4 hours doing the inspection and fee was pretty on par with another inspector we had used before that was not as thorough.
