Day five of the most deplorable customer service ever experienced. Day one- no show. No call. Day two and three—one worker. Day four—no show. No call. Day five there is No one here. No call. Job sold through Lowe’s. Ridiculous excuse from fence co. Owner ‘didn’t realize scope of job’ yet clearly detailed in contract. Took the one man OFF our job to send elsewhere. If we could give a worse than poor we would.

The fact that the job was sold to you by someone other then my company and provided you with misinformation was the real reason the crew was pulled off the job not because "we didn't realize the scope of the work". You provide us with a (1) rating and call our customer service "deplorable but fail to mention that the staff worked Saturday & Sunday to address your fence needs and install the project so you can have an enclosed yard to let your dogs ... read more
Mike and the guys down there at Central Fence were professional and expedient. They knew what kind of work we wanted done just by the way we explained it. They showed up on the day of delivery and installed it in very little time at all. Impressive staff !! We would definitely hire them again and highly recommend them.
After 5 days we still don't have the new slats in our chain link fence. They brought the wrong slats, came too late to go back and get the correct ones. They were supposed to come today and never called or showed up. Lousy service.

We just had a black chain link fence installed at our property and we could not be happier. Central Fence was great to work with from start to finish. I would recommend them to friends and family for sure.
