Great Staff As always the staff from the time you enter to the time you leave makes you feel like family. As a matter of fact to me they are family. They are interested in dental concerns or issues, but they are just as interested in you the person not the patient. I drive about 40 minutes from residence in Temecula to see Dr H and the staff. There are a lot of dentist in between, but the staff, their training and their caring is why I come back.
I have to say my first experience at Dr. Hauser's felt like I died and went to Heaven when it comes to a dental experience. From the moment you walk thru the front door, you receive the highest level of professionalism and care, beginning with the receptionist checking you in and all the way through your appointment up until you leave. I have never experienced this kind of care during a routine exam and cleaning which in the past with other dental offices, has been a dreadful experience. The entire office starting with Dr. Hauser and including the entire staff, is the best I've ever seen. They're friendly but efficient, making the clients feel comfortable.
Great experience. my root canal was the nicest experience I could have asked for. Great staff, very nice office and a fair price to boot. If you're not sure who to see or are trying to decide on a dentist you will not go wrong if you give Dr. Houser a try. I was very pleased. happy enough to take the time to review him.
