I wouldn’t recommend central heating to anyone . An elderly lady in her 80’s called central heating on a Friday afternoon complaining she has no heat . They said they couldn’t come out til Wednesday or Thursday . I tried to help her out and called myself and they said they couldn’t get there til Wednesday . Here’s a lady all alone with no family all alone with no heat and central heating couldn’t help her until 5 days later . Shame on them to let an elderly with no heat for 5 days , they didn’t care . Thank you for your feedback. As the temperature drops we do have to prioritize our plan members and with the recent cold weather just arriving that is what we had done this past week. Although we were not able to get to you the same day our records indicate we did offer service for the next day. We are happy to help in the future should you decide to give us another chance.
We've had central cooling and heating since 2012, when we bought our furnace nd air conditioner from them. Everything they do is at the top of the professional standards list. The technicians are always on time there always professional yet cordial. They never make a mess, they clean up after themselves the house is always at least it's clean around the furnace is before they got here. They wear those little bootie so they don't dirty the floors carpets. Since 2012, they has never earned anything less than a 5.

I am just shopping around at this point, but filled out the online form and got a call from Brenda the next day. She patiently listened to my "knowledge" derived from dealing with another oontractor. She replies promptly to email and is an excellent liason to the sales department.
