I've been going here since I was a child and always had a good experience, but it's no longer what it used to be. To start off, the staff is rude! Also, I do not like the way children are wrapped up while getting work done. My child is terrified after she had a procedure done. She literally randomly cries afraid of being wrapped up and in pain!! I know you will say it's for the child's safety. To top it off my appointment was at 9:20. Wasn't seen until almost 11. The only reason why I am rating this place is a 2 is because my my daughter is a first time mom and wanted me in the room for support. Now, if it wasn't allowed then that was not a problem for me at all. The problem was how rude the assistant was. She said it would be the one and only time. Okay, and that was fine as well. Well I didn't deserve the rude looks thy came along with me going in. It was very uncomfortable. Shouldn't this assistant be providing excellent customer service to all? What an amazing experience! I had a horrible dental experience as a kid and was pretty nervous about taking my daughter. They made our experience wonderful and pleasant. Staff and doctors are all nice and patient. They are very organized and made our visits a breeze. They even called to check up on my daughter after the procedure to make sure she is progressing well. What amazing customer service! I definitely recommend this office!
The staff and Dr's Morrison and Marilla are simply the best. They made our son so happy to have his front teeth look as good as new after a mishap
