Wow. The entire team are on the money. 10 out of 10. Had my Fatboy in for a stage 2 upgrade and service. Not only did the bike come out healthier it got a detail too. AWESOME
Ripper shop and awesome Team
Bought my 07 Softail from here and got a voucher for $100 off my 1st service which I used. Got the bike home after the service and went to start it a few days later. Wouldn't start then all this smoke started coming out from under the seat. The battery terminals had not been connected properly and shorted out melting the posts. They fixed the problem, replacing the battery so I left it at that. Didn't write a review. Until now, after having a second worse experience. I had the pleasure of dealing with Brad the service manager today, and I was very impressed with how he dealt with a small issue I had with my new Breakout. He went above and beyond to help and I couldn't fault his service and kindness to me. A true gent and would highly recommend this dealership for new bikes, parts or a service.
