I traveled over an hour to Yonkers,based on the word of an employee that I would not be wasting my time. My trade in value is a lot less than the balance owed. I told her that and all she had to do was have someone look in a NADA book to see if it was possible to finance the negative equity. Had she done that and told me it wasn't possible, I would be OK with that Instead she assured me that I would be approved and there's no way I would be wasting my time. This is the worst place to buy a car, the staff is terrible, you never visit this place, they also stole 500 dollars
I honestly have to say this is one of the best car dealerships I have been to. The staff is very helpful, and caring, especially Armando. He is very professional and transparent. He gave me a great deal. He even called a few days later to see how I was enjoying my new car. He took the time to show me all the features of the car and introduced me to the service team. If anyone is looking to get a car I highly recommend this dealership.
Honestly this was the best experience I've ever had at a car dealership. Not only was the service center a clean and welcoming environment, but each and every person was more than willing to help you. Every single person from Alberto, Tony, and Cathy, to the parts department were unbelievably helpful. I can't believe I'm looking forward to my next visit. I highly recommend them!
First time there and they were just wonderful even drove me back to work , also my Service Advisor Heather Mancusi was Great.
