We visited today to sign for our second car with Central Avenue Nissan. Our sales rep Anthony was our go to. Be sure to ask for him when you call in our when you get to the front desk. He's straight forward and understanding of what you'd like out of the process. Update: We lowered our rating due to the lack of customer service and consideration from the “Service” Department. I made an appointment yesterday for an oil change in the service department for 9:30am today. I showed up early and waited for almost 20 mins for a service advisor to check me in. When the service advisor finally did show up he proceeded to check in 2 cars that arrived after me. I left because they aren’t even close to running on time. This is the most unorganized total waste of time service department I’ve ever been to. Literally don’t waste your time.
