I’ve been a loyal customer for over 10years. All of the sudden you charge a 4% service charge for using credit cards. What average working person has $400 plus dollars in there pocket. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I’ll be finding a new dealership and service center
RecommendedThey work pretty hard to accommodate you. Look they are a dealership in the lower Hudson valley. They want to make their profit and they of course will cost a bit more,however, they are one of the dealerships that will actually try and find common ground with you.
Brought my vehicle to be serviced and was told tires were rotated which they were not. Brought the car for a new tire a few months later which they proceeded to charge me for yet they kept my old tire on and rotated it to the back and just added air. Had to go back the next day to actually get the tire that I paid for. Will be leaving Nissan.

Absolutely excellent service was provided when I brought my Nissan in for service. Service advisor Kevin Brown was excellent and I have to also give a shout out to all of the Nissan staff members there!
