They are the best. I love my VA hospital. I don't have a lot of medical problems, but when I do they fix them in a timely fashion.
They play god with the veterans, do not listen to their needs. Tell's them its all in their heads! They do not care about our veterans at all. They do not even read their medical charts at all. Very unprofessional, very rushed to get pts in and out
CAVHC seems to be very much above some of the news I've heard about other VHCS. May be they could train some of your other systems.
Reading all these positive comments makes me think I must have been going somewhere else. I have been set up for procedures because my PC doctor has checked the wrong box on my paperwork. I am now on my 7th PC doc. My mental health "specialist" canceled 2 of my appointments but said I was a no show. I have had to wait in the ER for hours because the ER doc thought I was faking. No symptoms checked in triage .. just asked what was wrong and temp, BP and pulse checked.
Have always been treated with dignity and respect. Great staff and drs
