It was a wonderful experience! Staff was great! Dr. Wilkes did an excellent job. Melissa the APN for the eye department went over and above her job to get my husband his procedure! The nurses in both pre op and recovery were professional and kept us informed at all times!
Everyone was Helpful... Except for the ER Doctor who did the Absolute Bare Minimum to Alleviate the Situation... He Didn't Give my Primary Care Physicians Progress Notes, Treatment History or Anything Due Creedance... We Brouggt them with us in Case of an Emergency... A 3 Day Prescription as a Postponement... Is Not an Efficable or Viable Solution... Worse and Worse, Instead of Better and Better... No Kind Words for the ER Dr.... I Will Pursue Future Resolve... This Situation was handled Very Poorly...
