My father is in icu Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System . They said they have done everything they can do and are giving up. My father is still fighting . They won’t agree to have him transferred . But there’s a hospital right next to them literally across the street they can provide him with ECMO services ! While getting my eye exam rescheduled a week or so ago( some reason?) I related vision trouble I was having. Tech checked my last pair of glasses and noticed they left out the prism. ( happened in civilian world too, not new). Said would order a new pair, might take 2 months at present. They just came in today, I don’t think it has hardly been a week! Good job.

I have contacted Representative Westerman to draft a Bill that would provide funding for the VA Dental Clinic for the purpose of hiring a Customer Service Representative who will answer the phone or call back in a satisfactory manner. As it is now the customer service is much too slow if responsive at all. Arkansas has the best VA in America and deserves this additional funding in order to maintain it's prestigious reputation.
I have had nothing but wonderful experiences at CAVHS. At every level, everyone has shown compassion, care, and respect. While my dad’s doctors have changed, they have all been warm and friendly and, most importantly, concerned. Thank you
I have problems with dispensary - I mail in 4 or 5 prescriptions and get 1 or 2 refills only, so in the last few months I have no more coupons to send. What happens to the meds I don't receive?
